You earn the Counter Crazy achievement by controlling a creature that has 10 or more counters on it. Below are some of the easiest ways to earn this achievement, earning you 10 achievement points on Xbox Live.
Using the Masks of the Dimir (blue, white) Deck, you can rack up 10 counters on a creature pretty easily using the card Necropolis Regent. As long as this card is on the battlefield, every time a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may place counters equal to the amount of damage dealt on that creature.
The problem here is that you'll often kill your opponent before you can stack up 10 counters. If you've got the card Evil Twin in your deck as well, which enters the field as a copy of any creature of your choice, you can clone the Necropolis Regent and get DOUBLE the counters every time you attack. If you hit the opponent once with either of the Regents when two of them are on the board, you will deal only 6 damage, but earn 12 counters. That's it, achievement unlocked.
Keep in mind that Necropolis Regent has flying, so it isn't too hard to get past your opponent and land one strike. Choose a match that you are able to easily take control of and prepare for a long, drawn out game while you wait for your cards. Expect to try a few times, or simply use this deck to complete the Campaign or Revenge mode and you'll likely get it at some point as long as these cards are in your deck.
