You start this challenge with two Child of Night cards on the field to defend, both with Lifelink. Use each to defend one of the attacking creatures, preventing all damage to your person. Your opponent only has 2 health, so Gloomhunter will be able to defeat him the next turn because he has flying.
This is yet another simple challenge, but this basic information can be very valuable to anyone who is not very familiar with the game yet. Don't be afraid to sacrifice creatures, even good creatures, if it could mean the difference between winning and losing. Like chess, you should always be thinking at least a turn or two ahead when you make your decision.
In the case of this challenge, simply realizing that you have a 2/2 flying creature tapped on the board and that your opponent only has 2 life is enough to know that it is well worth sacrificing all other creatures to defend, you won't need them when you win.
